Conditions of purchase

In addition to the general conditions of the website, the conditions of use for the purchase of the products offered on the website are those set out below.


To buy at you have to follow these steps:

  1. Choose the section where the products are for sale.
  2. Select the product/s you are interested in. By clicking on it you will get an enlargement of the picture; some products have several pictures. You can also consult their description, reference and price.
  3. Choose a product, the number of units and add the article to the basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or place an order.
  4. If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process. If you want to place an order, click on the button “place order” to start the purchase process.
  5. Enter all the requested details, delivery and billing address and make sure they are correct.
  6. Select a payment method: Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Bank Transfer

When you select “Bank transfer” as the payment method, once you confirm the order, you must make the bank transfer to the account number that will be indicated from the system and that will be sent to you by email. It is very important that you indicate in the concept the order number, your name and surname, and that you make the transfer within 4 days from the date of the order. The order will not be considered valid until we check the corresponding deposit after 24-72 hours, according to the bank. The transfer must be made in euros and any expenses or commissions originated by this payment system will be paid by the customer.

Payment by credit or debit card

In the event that you wish to pay for your purchase by credit or debit card, the collection will be managed by a payment gateway on a secure server. All your data will travel encrypted and on a secure server SSL (“Security Socket Layers”), which guarantees that third parties will not have access to your bank or credit card details. Once the data has been entered, the bank will validate your credit card and proceed with the payment. At that time the order will be effective and will be processed and sent.

  1. Confirm the order and proceed to the payment.
  2. You will receive an email confirming your order.


Delivery address

You can receive your shipment at the address of your choice (home, work, etc). It is not possible to receive it at PO Boxes.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time will appear on the website when the order is placed. For Spain, in general terms the delivery time on the peninsula will be a maximum of 5 working days, unless the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, in which case it will be processed on the first working day after the order is placed. For destinations such as the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and the rest of Europe, the delivery time is 10 days. In the case that you have chosen payment by transfer, this period will begin at the time that the deposit is received in the account.

Delivery Costs

The customer shall be responsible for the costs of shipment, and shall be informed at all times before the order is accepted of the exact shipping costs involved. The products purchased will be delivered to the person/company and to the address indicated, within the time limit indicated for each type of shipment. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping.

The price of the shipment will be communicated to you before you go to make the payment. If you have selected a delivery address the shipping cost will be calculated dynamically and you will be able to see it with each product selected in the cart.

Shipping and delivery tracking

It is not possible to guarantee delivery of the order at specific times as it depends on the carrier’s routes. However, the indications are always passed on to the carrier to try to comply with them. To find out the status of your order, please contact our Customer Service Department.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return it.

To return your order please proceed according to the the following steps before sending the product to us:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and properly sealed.
  • Send an email to indicating your personal details, order number and reason to return the order. Once we receive this email, we will inform you how to return the product. Without prior communication from us, the product will not be accepted and consequently will not be returned to its origin, with the customer himself bearing the shipping costs.

Once we receive the goods we will proceed to exchange the article or refund the money.

If the return is the result of an error in the shipment or a deficiency in the product, the return shipping costs will be paid by us. If the return is for any other reason, the return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
