A great extra virgin olive oil starts here

The secret to making great olive oil is simple: have excellent olives, and don’t spoil them in the mill. Our olive trees already have the tiny buds that will give rise to the flowers from which the olives will be born. In autumn we will select those from our best farms, located in the Ribera de Navarra, to produce a small quantity of an exceptional extra virgin olive oil.
